Our Approach

Counseling is a path, one of healing, self-discovering and growth.

Your alternatives can be as diversed as your needs.

Mindfulness Based CBT

Mindfulness-based CBT is a therapeutic approach that uses cognitive behavioral therapy methods in collaboration with mindfulness meditative practices to help people overcome behavioral and mental health needs.

Narrative Therapy

Narrative therapy is a form of psychotherapy that seeks to help people identify their values and life story elements that shape who they are, their decision-making process, and life expectations.

Ancestral Wisdom Healing

It includes a set of services aimed to provide different and not conventional options to procure alleviation of mental, physical, and emotional tension in group and in individual settings, including but not limited to guided meditation, guided imagery, nutritional counseling, yoga, progressive relaxation, and ancestral knowledge, among others.

Holistic Approach Therapy

Holistic therapy, or holistic psychotherapy is a therapeutic approach that addresses an individual as a whole person rather than as someone who is sick, someone with a series of symptoms, or someone defined by their struggles, which propends for interventions that are multidisciplinary and with a multidimensional perspective.

Solution-Focused Therapy

Solution-focused therapy is a goal-directed, collaborative approach to pursue behavioral and emotional growth that is conducted through direct observation of clients' responses to specific interrogations and scenarios.

Person Centered Therapy

This therapist approach sees the client as an active part in the therapy process. The client is encouraged to focus on their   self-understanding. Person Centered Therapy identifies the different strengths to be able to develop personal growth and change. The therapist acts mainly as a guide or a source of support for the client.
